Request details: device type, issue description, service preference
Optional photos of devices or damage
Business details: company name, VAT number, project scope where applicable

3. Legal basis

Contract performance — to carry out your repair or project
Legitimate interest — to contact you and improve our service
Consent — for processing photos and starting work within the withdrawal period (at quote approval)

4. Retention

Intake data: 2 years after the order is closed
Photos: up to 90 days after delivery or cancellation, then deleted automatically; open tickets capped at 1 year
Invoicing data: 7 years (legal requirement)

5. Sub-processors

Cloudflare — hosting, D1 database, R2 storage, security (EU)
Resend — transactional email
Cloudflare Turnstile — form spam protection

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and object. Contact info@pharoswaypoint.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian DPA.
